In the past we have rented, purchased, or used neighbors pressure washing systems and found the pressure they provided and the area they covered insufficient to clean a two story home and a neglected patio. Needless to say, we ignored things for a few years until the home and patio were undeniably, well…dirty and somewhat green in areas to the north.
When I received a new copy of Advantage Magazine, I turned to the first page and saw the ad for Under Pressure. I decided at that moment to finally clean things up and hire a professional service which I had never used before.
We were extremely happy with everything, from my initial contact to the final result.
UP did a spectacular job on the house and an even more spectacular job on my patio! So much so my husband and I kept looking out at the patio in amazement, it looked brand new and the house was back to the colors it was meant to be.
Very professional team: responsive, on-time, and personable.  In addition, was very happy with the overall cost, well worth the investment and I will be utilizing their services again in spring for my front steps and driveway.

Christian worked a full day mostly by himself. Mike stopped by to help with the gutters. They cleaned the gutters/ house and windows. After 25 years on the river the house REALLY needed cleaning. I was was afraid it would be a few thousand dollars to accomplish this and worried about spill over to our pool close to the house. The cost was very reasonable, less than I thought it would be. The result made our house look practically new. Because off the low pressure washing there was not excessive water and any runoff into the pool was a nonissue. There were a few spots I asked to touch up and they were back within a few days to do it. I had paid while they were working the first day so it’s not like they had to rush back to get paid but they did. I’ve had contractors in the past I paid before completion of the work and ignored my request to fix a few issues. Not these guys. I would recommend them without hesitation.
