Highly recommend Under Pressure Power Washing!
In the past we have rented, purchased, or used neighbors pressure washing systems and found the pressure they provided and the area they covered insufficient to clean a two story home and a neglected patio. Needless to say, we ignored things for a few years until the home and patio were undeniably, well…dirty and somewhat green in areas to the north.
When I received a new copy of Advantage Magazine, I turned to the first page and saw the ad for Under Pressure. I decided at that moment to finally clean things up and hire a professional service which I had never used before.
We were extremely happy with everything, from my initial contact to the final result.
UP did a spectacular job on the house and an even more spectacular job on my patio! So much so my husband and I kept looking out at the patio in amazement, it looked brand new and the house was back to the colors it was meant to be.
Very professional team: responsive, on-time, and personable.  In addition, was very happy with the overall cost, well worth the investment and I will be utilizing their services again in spring for my front steps and driveway.

Mike at Under Pressure was prompt returning an estimated for work and showed up when they said they would. Christian worked a full day mostly by himself. Mike stopped by to help with the gutters. They cleaned the gutters/ house and windows. After 25 years on the river the house REALLY needed cleaning. I was was afraid it would be a few thousand dollars to accomplish this and worried about spill over to our pool close to the house. The cost was very reasonable, less than I thought it would be. The result made our house look practically new. Because off the low pressure washing there was not excessive water and any runoff into the pool was a nonissue. There were a few spots I asked to touch up and they were back within a few days to do it. I had paid while they were working the first day so it’s not like they had to rush back to get paid but they did. I’ve had contractors in the past I paid before completion of the work and ignored my request to fix a few issues. Not these guys. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I received full house washing, roof, washing, and deck, cleaning, along with exterior windows. Our home is on a heavily wooded lot and so spiderwebs and dirt are a big issue for us.
Mike was prompt and efficient with quoting the job, flexible with scheduling, and he and Cristian Did first rate work on cleaning my entire house. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking these services.
